Cancellation Policy

Notice given 120 days or more - $200 per person

Notice given 119-90 days - 20% of the fare
Notice given 89-60 days - 35% of the fare
Notice given 59-30 days - 50% of the fare
Notice given less than 30 days - 100% of the fare

No Show - 100% of the fare

Fare is defined as the cost of any cruise purchased from U River Cruises. Port charges are refunded if cancellation is received prior to departure.

Gratuities Information

* Europe: Gratuities for onboard and onshore personnel (ship staff, crew, Cruise/Tour Manager, local experts, drivers) are included on all itineraries in Europe, both during the cruise-tour as well as on any pre- or post-cruise land extensions.
* Russia & Egypt: Gratuities are not included.
* Asia: Gratuities for the Cruise-Tour Manager and ship staff & crew are not included. Gratuities for the local land experts and drivers during excursions are included.
